Customs and import charges for international orders may be imposed by the destination country. We are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country's custom service if you need more information.
While we do everything to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by any person. This can be a result caused by delay by our carrier or courier service that we have no control over. This includes incorrect delivery address provided to us. All orders sent require a signature on delivery. If unable to sign for your order, courier will leave instructions for pickup or re-delivery. All orders are subject to availability of items from our online store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY GUIDELINES
- Returned with proof of purchase.
- Returned item/s must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached
- 14 days from purchase date for all Returns, Exchanges & Refunds.
- All return, exchange & refund shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer) Unless stated otherwise for example if we make a mistake and the item you receive is not what you ordered, or you receive a faulty item in this circumstance we will happily provide an exchange for the same item and pay for its shipping costs.
- We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
- If you insist upon a refund the item/s need to be retuned to us for your refund to be processed. Shipping costs are to be paid by you the customer. As mentioned above the need to return with proof of purchase, the item/s unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Will send a confirmation email that we have received your return, exchange or refunded item/s. Once received we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in 1 - 5 days. We will need your bank account details to process this. (Account number and account name)
- However, If any items returned does not meet our Returns & Exchanges Terms & Conditions your order will be sent back to you.
