Our online store is open but please allow an extra few days for contactless delivery. As our delivery carrier is experiencing delays.
We are continuing our already strict sanitation, handwashing, and health and wellness policies and ensuring hand sanitiser is available for everyone in our office. Particularly our high-touch areas such as our processing and packaging station. Where we have and use disposable gloves which are readily available.
All our merchandise arae stored in storage containers with sealable lids and have been cleaned and sanitised.
All our clothing and accessories are all individually pre-packed and sealed from suppliers. We also use gloves to pack our merch into tissue paper and then into our waterproof courier bags.
We are taking all precautionary measures and take pride in our retail hygiene with regular cleaning practices in place.
We take your privacy pretty seriously! We do not store credit card details and we do not share any of your personal information, we only use your contact information. (email and delivery address)

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are really quick at packing and processing orders. This means you are unable to cancel or amend an order once you’ve placed it. Please refer to our returns & exchanges terms and conditions
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
We will send you a confirmation email listing all the items purchased and also to let you know we are currently processing your order. Once we have processed and packaged your order ready for courier we will send you another email with tracking details.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
We aim to get all orders out our door within 48hours from order placement on business days (Excluding weekends and public holidays) Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the Monday.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll recieve an email letting you know it’s on the way. This email will have a Track & Trace reference number that you can use to track your package. Please follow instructions according to our shipping carrier.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our distribution office you will be sent an email confirmation to let you know its on it’s way with details on how you can track your package.
WHY IS MY ORDER SUSPENDED?
Our system automatically suspends orders as a security precaution to protect not only ourselves but our customers from fraudulent activity. In the event that your order is suspended, we may request you to send through ID Verification before we can approve it. To protect your privacy you’re more than welcome to cover sensitive details such as your date of birth, ID number and expiry date on your ID.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returned with proof of purchase.
Returned item/s must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached!! We offer a 14 day Return & Exchange Policy (from date of purchase) for all NZ & AUS customers. 30 day returns for International customers.
All return, exchange & refund shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer) Unless stated otherwise for example if we make a mistake and the item you receive is not what you ordered, or you receive a faulty item in this circumstance we will happily provide an exchange for the same item and pay for its shipping costs.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We are happy to offer a refund with proof of purchase, the item/s unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels still attached. The item/s need to be retuned to us for your refund to be processed. Shipping costs are to be paid by you the customer. Will send a confirmation email that we have received your return, exchange or refunded item/s. Once received we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in 1 - 5 days. We will need your bank account details to process this. (Account number and account name)
However, If any items returned does not meet our Returns & Exchanges Terms & Conditions your order will be sent back to you.
